Position Title

Transaction Coordinator/Showing Assistant

Position Summary

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator/Showing Assistant who is interested in working with a top producing team and assisting with administrative tasks and property showings.

Job Type

Part Time (20-30 hours per week), Partial Remote Working

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination of the real estate transaction process for all team transactions.

  • Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys.

  • Schedule inspections and closings.

  • Assist in marketing activities, including special events and online marketing platforms.

  • Run errands as needed.

  • Assist with showings, open houses, and other property visits. 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • SC real estate license and a member of the REALTOR Association.

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends.

  • Access to a secure computer with Internet access for remote working.

  • Drivers license and access to reliable transportation.

  • Strong computer and Internet skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for client service.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information.

  • Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

This is an hourly position. Pay dependent upon experience.

In addition to the hourly position, we would also invite the successful candidate to join the team as a buyer’s agent (thus creating the opportunity to earn commissions through real estate sales).
